Returns
You may return your products within 14 days of receiving them.
How to return an item
- Send a return notification to: info@mdanta.com
- Fill in the return form and send the product back to Medanta using the Posti return code you received.
- Keep the Posti receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 days. The refund is always issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
Please note if the product has been used more than necessary to try it on, we may deduct a value reduction from the refund.
Return restrictions
Customised or personalised products, such as embroidered or made-to-measure items, cannot be returned.

Quality is Medanta's most important sustainability act. Every new model is laundry tested in industrial washing at least 25 times, and new materials are tested for over 100 washes before being put into use.
In addition, materials are tested in independent textile laboratories according to international ISO standards.
Workwear must withstand demanding professional use, repeated washing, and long working days. We also pay attention to details such as sizing, seams, and finishing, so that every garment performs as well as possible in everyday life.
